British Airways is to standardise its minimum check-in time at Gatwick and Heathrow to 45 minutes for short haul, domestic and long haul passengers.

It is hoped that standardising the check-in time will remove confusion some travellers have experienced. On-line check-in remains at 60 minutes before departure.

It is important to note that check-in times at all other airports remain unchanged from those currently imposed.
